Refund Policy
Webly warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner and will not be plagiarized or in violation of any copyright or infringement laws. Client acknowledges and agrees that Webly makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties, express or implied, regarding specific results, performance, or financial outcomes from participation in this program. While we employ proven strategies and best practices to enhance engagement and appointment-setting opportunities, success is ultimately dependent on various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to client participation, market conditions, and consumer behavior.
Due to the nature of our services and the resources allocated upon enrollment, all payments made are final and non-refundable. Lack of desired results or perceived performance shortfalls shall not constitute grounds for a refund, chargeback, or financial reimbursement. By proceeding in working with Webly and within this agreement, the client acknowledges their full understanding and acceptance of this policy.
Termination
Should either Webly or "Company" elect to terminate this contract, Webly reserves the right to collect payment for services provided and will allow "Company" thirty (30) days to submit payment in the amount disclosed on a final invoice that will be provided to "Company" by Webly within fifteen (15) days of contract termination.
Return Policy
As a digital services provider, we do not accept returns. Once services have been rendered or initiated, all sales are final.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your service, please provide 30 days’ written notice via email to team@webly.one. Services will remain active and billable during the 30-day notice period. Verbal or informal requests will not be accepted.
Discounts & Promotions
We do not offer discounts or promotional pricing. Our rates reflect the value, performance, and resources involved in delivering our services.
Legal or Export Restrictions
Webly currently serves clients located in the United States and Canada. We do not support advertising to countries under OFAC sanctions or other restricted regions.
